Meet Hannah Betts

Hannah Betts has held many bold titles, Police Officer, Professional Skydiver, and Hollywood Stuntwoman, but she calls herself a “professional scaredy cat.”

Her messages flip fear on its head: it’s not something to conquer, but to navigate and grow through. Drawing on high-pressure experiences, from law enforcement and elite sports to Hollywood stunts, Hannah shows that courage isn’t about daring feats on a movie set; it’s about making tough choices, speaking up, and leaning into discomfort in everyday life.

In one of her keynotes, Leaning Into Fear, Hannah blends humor, heart, and vulnerability, helping leaders and teams turn fear into performance and growth. Hannah’s career spans international competition, coaching elite military units, and over 120 film and TV credits. Today, she translates a lifetime of high-risk experience, team leadership, and critical decision-making into actionable insights that empower others to take bold, confident action.

"Hannah's Town Hall session landed so powerfully with our team; not just as inspiration, but as something deeply practical we could apply right away. She helped us distinguish between the fears that hold us back and those that can actually guide and energize us. You could feel the attitudes shift as people began to see their challenges differently."
