Highest-Ranking Enlisted Leader | Special Operations Veteran | Leadership Authority Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ramón "CZ" Colón-López served 33 years in the U.S. military, culminating as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC)-the highest-ranking enlisted leader in the U.S. military, responsible for 2.4 million troops and a multibillion-dollar budget. 

From Joint Special Operations missions to the Pentagon, CZ led in environments where leadership was measured in outcomes, not intentions.
